Classroom will be indoors and shooting will be done outdoors.
Duration: 3 hours in the classroom, 2 hours on the range.
Course Description: This class is designed for someone who has never fired a pistol or has only fired one on very few occasions their first learning experience in a safe environment. The goal of this course is to give new shooters a basic level of knowledge and understanding of handguns, and a taste of shooting various types of pistols. It will allow you to make a more informed decision when you buy your first handgun.
Handguns and ammunition in various calibers and ammunition will be provided for students to shoot. You may bring your own handgun but you are not required to own one to attend the class.
**Student must pay a $15 range fee day of class.

Course Requirements:
–Students must be at least 18 years of age or 14-17 years of age may attend with signed permission of parent or guardian who must also take the class
–You may bring your own pistol or revolver and if you have one and magazines.
–Eye and ear protection
–Closed toe shoes, no sandals or flip flops, no low cut or v-neck shirts
–Pen, paper, laptop or tablet for taking notes however you desire.
–Class is open to both men and women
Refund Policy: Refunds are only granted if a class is canceled due to instructor scheduling conflict, instructor illness or family emergency. Otherwise we have a NO REFUND policy. Classes postponed due to weather are not subject to refund. If you unable to attend a course you have paid for, or it is postponed due to weather, you can apply your enrollment fee to a future class at no extra cost. If you are removed from the class you will not receive a refund.
